These terms govern your use of Blogger CMS, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service is a content management system for writing, managing and publishing blog posts, with AI-powered editing and SEO assistance. You are responsible for everything you publish through it, including having the rights to the text and images you post.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create and publish. AI editing produces drafts and suggestions; you are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before publishing. Do not publish unlawful, infringing or deceptive content.

Credits and payment

AI features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keep your own backups of important writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
